Building a Transpartisan Movement
The Bridge Alliance exists to upgrade our democratic republic. We will do so by serving organizations and citizens who are uniting Americans across political divides to increase civility and collaboration between people, organizations, and government, making all of us more effective in our respective endeavors as well as in our shared goals. By building awareness around this emerging movement our alliance aims to:
Elevate the national conversation, as well as the actions of our elected leaders.
Support ongoing efforts to bring collaborative leadership, decision-making, and genuine problem-solving into the public square.
Assist in linking such initiatives into a transpartisan movement.
Partner with existing transpartisan organizations and leaders in bringing this movement to scale.
Our members include pioneering organizations that have collectively spent hundreds of years connecting Americans who disagree with each other yet are working together to make the best decisions for their communities, and our nation. While some Alliance members are focused on state legislatures or the US Congress, others are focused on businesses, universities, and neighborhoods. But all have in common a commitment to working together for collective impact and increased visibility for all those who want to strengthen the common ground on which the United States of America depends. Some of our current Alliance members include Village Square, Centrist Project, Coffee Party, NCDD, AllSides, Future 500, and Living Room Conversations.
Principles of the Bridge Alliance

Alliance members believe that respectful, civil discourse is necessary for genuine problem-solving to address our great challenges.
Alliance members are committed to exploring learning from each other and aligning their efforts to support each other for raising the collective visibility and impact of all member organizations.

Project Director Bio:
Debilyn Molineaux co-founded the Bridge Alliance to harness the exponentially growing field of organizations into a “game-changing” movement that shifts the underlying dynamics of power, politics, and participation in our country. She works with the staff, board members, and other leaders of Bridge Alliance members in advancing the common mission of all 80+ organizations. Debilyn brings a passion to her work that is contagious to all around her.
Hailing from a conservative, agricultural community, Debilyn started her career as a small business owner, working with community businesses to promote and grow their own operations through advertising and marketing. After engaging other women business leaders, Debilyn was inspired to become more active in the political process.
Her own personal experiences -- as a small business owner, a local candidate for office, and an elected president of a national organization -- have given her enormous insight into the challenges facing citizens who want to get involved and organizations that want to scale their impact.
In addition to Bridge Alliance, she co-founded Living Room Conversations and the National Conversation Project. Debilyn continues to bring her insight to entities seeking to grow their participation and efficacy. She serves as an advisor to many leaders and organizations.
Debilyn is an ontologically trained coach and is especially adept at guiding organizations in new ways to bring out the hidden talents of volunteers and staff who become valuable assets.
